Prayer to Disperse Anxiety

God in Infinite Wisdom can & will do anything. Miracles happen frequently. So when we focus on freeing ourselves from the bondage of anxiety, the Divine works wonders. Divine Love surrounds my body filling it with Divine Light & surrounding my life & my path.

This Power & Presence works on & in my body sending peace & calm. My body releases tension in the muscles. Every muscle, every nerve relax. All of my organs respond in kind. My mind is liberated from thoughts of dread for I know that my thoughts are the meat that the Universe uses to manifest. I am very careful with the visions my mind holds. All negative scenes fall away from my mind’s eye as I do envision that which I do want.

We remember that Ernest Holmes taught us to go beyond the appearance of things & hold to faith. I learn to self-care to the best of my ability, especially doing those things that bring a better sense of wellbeing. I move my body daily. I get proper exercise. I give my body the proper nutrition it needs. Water is my friend drinking enough to satisfy the needs of my precious temple body. My need for restful sleep is satisfied every night. I incorporate a meditation practice into my daily life. As much as is possible I find ways to decrease stress in my life.

I fill myself with pleasant thoughts. I am safe. The Universe is abundant & I am open to receive whatever it is that I need. My body is healthy. My family members are loved & cared for Divinely.

My thoughts are fed with good material. I am able to refrain from taking in bad news. I shield my thoughts from affecting my body with the stress & tension that creates anxiety.

I am at Peace. I live in Peace & Harmony with all that is around me. All is well.

In great gratitude for these words & thoughts, I now release them to the Cosmic Consciousness that works on them as the Law ordains making them a reality in Form. I release & let go. I release & let God. And so it is. Amen.

Prayer for Anxiety

This connection reminds me that what I seek, seeks me. I live and dwell in this vibration always. I know that everything that is unlike it dissolves and flees my consciousness.

I know that I embody these qualities and as I give them out into the world, they come back to me multiplied.

I am strengthened and steadied. My mind is free as I surrender to this truth. I claim all that is beautiful. I claim all that is stable and true. I think on only good things.

Knowing that as I align with my birthright of peace, the right people, the right places, the right circumstances reveal themselves before me.

I surrender all anxiety about the future and accept what is good now.

I give thanks for this wisdom and the guidance that trickles down to my bones. Thank you, Divinity. I place these words into the Love and know that the match returns to me multiplied beyond all imaginings.

And so it is, Amen.
